“In times of pain, when the future is too terrifying to contemplate and the past too painful to remember, I have learned to pay attention to right now . . . Each moment, taken alone, is always bearable. In the exact now, we are all, always, all right.”
Hi, I’m Christine
I am the current faculty chair of Pacific Gestalt Institute. After many years as an art therapist and as the clinical and administrative director of a number of partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient mental health programs, I currently have a private practice in Burbank where I work with individuals, couples, and groups using a Relational Gestalt Therapy approach. I specialize in grief and traumatic loss, and have a particular interest in grief as a creative process in therapy.
