I work with individuals, couples, and groups using a relational gestalt therapy approach.  I have practiced for more than 30 years, as an art therapist and director of a number of outpatient mental health centers, as past president of the Gestalt Therapy Institute of Los Angeles, and currently in private practice in Burbank.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Registered Art Therapist, and a Certified Gestalt Therapist.  I am a core faculty member and Faculty Chair of the Pacific Gestalt Institute, a postgraduate psychotherapy training program.

I specialize in relationship issues, including couples therapy, grief recovery, chronic illness, trauma, childhood abuse, depression, anxiety, self esteem and issues of overall life satisfaction.

"Under the right conditions people heal, and ultimately flourish.  Many of us haven't had much experience with the kind of truly supportive relationships that make healing possible.  A good therapeutic relationship, one that allows us to be fully ourselves while recognizing our unique potential, creates the optimal conditions for healing.  I provide a place where you can feel safe to explore your most difficult feelings, to resolve grief and loss, heal childhood wounds, relieve depression and anxiety, improve communication, increase self-esteem, and develop more satisfying relationships."
